What Authors were you Lucky to Find (Lucky in Love Hop)
I know you see the title and you are thinking…man love…Well today I want to talk book love, author love, character love. That moment you are reading an author for the first time and you realize you’re in love, in love with the book or digital whatever you are currently holding in your hand. I have tried to explain this moment to non-book readers and they do not understand my joy. Such a moment just occurred for me recently. I was reading What the Heck, Dec?! by Elizabeth Dudak. An author I have never read or thought I would read. Her characters a little close to new adult, most of the action taking place in a school, because that is where the main characters work and I was not sure if this was a coming of age story or romance. Well… I loved it and I am so happy I picked it up. Who knew, I certainly didn’t but it just made me think about all the other authors who are some of my favorites and how their stories made me feel the first time I picked them up when they were on the first book in the series. Like Katie MacAlister, Kerrelyn Sparks, Sophie Oak, Tymber Dalton, Beverly Jenkins (she was well in when I found her), Laurann Dohner, JR Ward (who I, no longer read…gasp).
What about you, who were you lucky to find on the shelves of romance never ending and fell in love with?

I received a book by Paige Cameron. The Billionaire Cowboy Takes a Wife. I didn’t think I would like it although I like cowboy romances. I got hooked to the point I bought the whole series. They were awesome. I also took a chance on her commando cowboy series as well and liked them. Money well spent. Thanks for the opportunity.

What a great giveaway hop! I have yet to be lucky in love but I’m working on it. My favorite love book is “Outlander” by Diana Gabaldon. Jamie Fraser is amazing and beautiful. I enjoy St. Patty’s Day and this year I’m spending it with my best friend. We’re going to two Irish Pubs and also some dance clubs. I am also wearing green and am not a fan of getting pinched. I’m not Irish either, but many people think I am because my hair is red, my eyes green and my name is Meghan, but I’m not at all. I won’t be telling anybody that, however… let them believe I’m Irish.

I have a quick question, if you don’t mind. What made you pick up my book? Sorry if I am bothering you. I am trying to market it more and trying to figure out the best way. I work full-time — gotta have that day job for college tuition — and I am doing this when I can. Your input would be helpful. If you do not or cannot respond, I completely understand. It never hurts to ask though, right? Thank you again.
