Bookswagger Marcia: Four Crowns, good read, on the way to swagger. This is a new series and new author for me, but I am team nerd/underdog so this is one I really wanted to read. This novella dealt with some pretty heavy subjects like low self-esteem, carrying on after losing a loved one to suicide and poor self-worth. At times the heroine Hazel and Ben felt ages a part but then the hero would do something so mature and straight forward it would change my opinion of him. The heroine dealt with the anniversary of a bleak moment for her in this title and the hero with losing his dream girl who he waited for, I mean waited six long years and getting none, bless his heart. I am glad he ended up with Hazel he needed someone who would have his back. I felt like the story was told mainly through Ben’s point of view, for a little novella it drew me all the way in.

Straight to the Swagger: Read like a nerd strong enough to do him no matter the side-eye, he finally gets the girl, and she has his back like no other.
