Military heroes men and women are the real life heroes who we get to see come to life on the pages of our romance. Whatever you prefer: marine, seal to ranger, there is a book about that fictional man in uniform for you, Time Thief features an Ex-seal searching for revenge, and he wants the person who helped kill his team in Afghanistan.

In Time Thief (The Anomaly Trilogy), Anna Hackett

Bay North is being hunted for her ability to steal time she doesn’t let that stop her from trying to extract revenge on the man who slaughtered her family. She’d managed to stay one step ahead until they sent Ex- Navy Seal Sean Archer, he always finds his target. Can she convince the ex-seal who hates what she represents to help her or is she going to become a victim?

Bookswagger Danielle: Four crowns, good read, on the way to swagger. I really enjoyed this book. The concept was interesting and well done the author left no room for confusion. I’m a suspense girl at heart and this book had enough action to keep me interested.  The characters were well done I could feel the heart ache that both Sean and Bay felt. Even though both had done things that we would normally frown upon them both had redeeming qualities. I don’t know about you guys but I found myself saying kill him, kill him.  It’s hard to say which character was my favorite both had what I call knuckle head moments but at the end of the day I’m going with Bay. If I had gone thru what she had I’d be way more vindictive and bitter but she overcame those obstacles. Without a lot of whining I might at which is always a plus in my book.

I honestly wanted this book to be longer just because I enjoyed it. They did give a peak of the next book which will feature Mara and I’m definitely going to read that one. Will you?

Bookswagger Marcia:Four crowns, good read, on the way to swagger. Time Thief packed quite a punch more than I expected for 92 pages. I loved this story. If you have been to this page you know I love titles I can sneak in during busy days and this is one of those reads. A world created where humans have supernatural abilities caused by a mutation which did not present until puberty. Anna Hackett, conveyed the heroine Bay realistically as someone who had been on  her own yet still vulnerable she was will to make sacrifices for those she loved. This is book one in the trilogy next is her roommate Mara’s story who Bay never knew also had special abilities. Take a peek into this world of believable paranormal.

Book 2 in the trilogy, Mara’s story.
